Clemengold Sunset

Ingredients

• 60 mlHope On Hopkins Clemengold Gin
• 20 mlfresh grapefruit juice
• 15 mlfresh lemon juice
• 10 mlhoney syrup
• 2 dashesAngostura bitters

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the Clemengold Gin, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and honey syrup
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to the surface of the drink
