Beefeater Boulevard

Ingredienti

• 60 ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
• 20 ml Elderflower liqueur
• 20 ml Fresh lemon juice
• 10 ml Honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Preparazione

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add Beefeater London Dry Gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist, presented with a subtle mist of atomized elderflower essence
