Patrick Piuze is a renowned winemaker from Burgundy, France. He is known for his exceptional Chablis wines, which are highly sought after by wine connoisseurs around the world. Piuze's journey in winemaking began in Canada, where he worked as a sommelier and eventually became a wine consultant. In 2008, he moved to Burgundy to pursue his dream of becoming a winemaker.
