Matusalem's Golden Age

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Matusalem Gran Reserva 15yrs
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 egg white
- Edible gold flakes (optional)

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine Matusalem Gran Reserva, honey syrup, fresh lemon juice, orange bitters, and egg white.
2. Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Garnish with edible gold flakes (optional).
