Ingrédients
- 60 ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 20 ml coconut cream
- 15 ml pineapple juice
- 10 ml simple syrup
Préparation
- Fill a shaker with ice
- Add Bacardi Carta Blanca, fresh lime juice, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and simple syrup
- Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a mint sprig
