Ingrédients

• 60 ml The Macallan 12 yrs Sherry Oak Cask
• 15 ml Amontillado sherry
• 10 ml honey syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Préparation

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice
2. Add The Macallan 12 yrs Sherry Oak Cask, Amontillado sherry, honey syrup, and orange bitters
3. Stir gently for 20 seconds
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube
5. Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and use it as a garnish
