- 60ml Trevethan Distillery Honey Oak Gin
- 20ml Honey Syrup
- 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
Préparation
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add the Trevethan Distillery Honey Oak Gin, honey syrup, lemon juice, and aromatic bitters
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
Garnished with a lemon twist, expressed over the surface of the drink to release the oils
