The winery's vineyards cover over 30 hectares, with a variety of grape varietals including Aglianico, Fiano, Greco, and Falanghina. The warm Mediterranean climate and rich, volcanic soil of the Cilento region create the perfect conditions for these grapes to thrive.

The winery produces a range of red, white, and rosé wines, each with its own distinct character and flavor profile. The Dolce Cilento Rosso is a full-bodied red wine with notes of dark fruit and spice, while the Dolce Cilento Bianco is a crisp and refreshing white with hints of citrus and tropical fruits.

One of the standout wines from Dolce Cilento is their Aglianico del Cilento Riserva. This premium red wine is made from 100% Aglianico grapes and aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. It is a complex and elegant wine with intense aromas of blackberry, cherry, and tobacco, and a long, smooth finish.

Dolce Cilento is also known for their production of Limoncello, a traditional Italian lemon liqueur. Made from
