Vincent Paris

Vincent Paris is a well-respected wine producer from the northern Rhône region of France, known for his exceptional wines made from the Syrah grape. He is part of a new generation of winemakers who are carrying on the tradition of producing high-quality, terroir-driven wines in the region.

Vincent Paris comes from a family of winemakers, with both his father and grandfather being involved in the wine industry. He began working in the family vineyards at a young age and quickly developed a passion for winemaking. After studying viticulture and oenology, he took over the family's small estate in Cornas, a small appellation in the northern Rhône known for its powerful and complex Syrah wines.

The northern Rhône region is known for its cool climate and steep, terraced vineyards, which are situated on the slopes of the Rhône River. This unique terroir, combined with Vincent's meticulous care in the vineyard, results in wines that are full of character and express the distinctiveness of the region.

Vincent Paris produces wines from three different appellations within the northern Rhône: Cornas, Saint-Joseph, and Côte-Rôtie. His Cornas wines are considered to be his flagship wines, as this is where he has the most experience and expertise. These wines are known for their intensity and complexity, with flavors of black fruit, spice, and earth.

In addition to his red wines, Vincent Paris also produces a small amount of white wine from the Roussanne grape, which is grown on a small plot of land in Saint-Joseph. This white wine is a rare gem from the northern Rhône, known for its rich and aromatic profile.

Vincent Paris is committed to sustainable and organic farming practices, and all of his wines are made using minimal intervention in the cellar. This allows the true expression of the terroir to shine through in each bottle.
