Giuseppe Quintarelli is a family winery based in the Valpolicella region of Veneto, in northeastern Italy. The producer is known for working with traditional methods in one of Italy's most distinctive red wine territories, focusing on the Amarone della Valpolicella appellation alongside other Veneto expressions.

Valpolicella has long been defined by its appassimento technique—the partial drying of grapes before fermentation—which concentrates flavors and increases alcohol naturally. This method produces wines with notable depth and structure. Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG represents the fuller expression of this style, requiring extended aging and resulting in rich, complex reds.
