Les Marronniers

Les Marronniers is a renowned wine producer located in the beautiful region of Burgundy, France. Nestled in the heart of the famous Côte de Beaune, this family-owned estate has been producing exceptional wines for over a century.

The estate was founded in 1890 by the Grivelet family and has been passed down through four generations. Today, the estate is managed by brothers Louis and Paul Grivelet, who continue their family's legacy of producing high-quality wines that reflect the unique terroir of Burgundy.

Les Marronniers has a total of 18 hectares of vineyards, all located in the prestigious appellations of Pommard, Beaune, and Volnay. The vineyards are carefully managed using sustainable and organic practices, with a deep respect for the land and its natural balance. This dedication to the environment is reflected in the exceptional quality of the wines produced by Les Marronniers.

The estate's most famous wines are its Pinot Noirs, which are considered some of the best in the region. The grapes are handpicked and sorted to ensure only the best fruit is used in the winemaking process. The wines are then aged in French oak barrels, adding complexity and depth to the final product.

One of the unique features of Les Marronniers is its use of traditional winemaking techniques. The Grivelet brothers believe in preserving the authenticity of their wines and use techniques such as whole cluster fermentation and foot-treading to extract the true essence of the grapes.

The wines of Les Marronniers have received numerous accolades and awards, cementing their reputation as one of the top producers in Burgundy. Their wines are highly sought after by wine connoisseurs around the world, and their limited production ensures their exclusivity.
