Domaine Sérol is a family-owned winery located in the heart of the Loire Valley in the small village of Saint-Étienne-la-Varenne. The winery is situated in the Côte Roannaise appellation, which is known for its rugged terrain and steep slopes. They also produce a small amount of méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine, using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle.
