Tasting notes

For more than fifteen years, Château du Cèdre has been a reference in the Cahors appellation. The vintages are always of the highest quality and reach a rare level of quality and consistency! The 2020 Cèdre stands out for its character and its exuberant and complex profile. The perception in the mouth is precise, the sweetness of the wood with notes of white chocolate mixes with those of ripe black fruits to finish with a nice spicy touch.
