Ferrari is a sparkling wine producer based in Trentino, in the mountainous Trentino-Alto Adige region of northeastern Italy. The house focuses exclusively on traditional method sparkling wines (metodo classico), the production method that defines quality sparkling wine throughout Europe.

Trentino DOC is known for producing sparkling wines of considerable finesse, benefiting from the region's cool alpine climate and limestone-rich soils. These conditions favor the production of high-acidity base wines suited to extended aging on the lees, a cornerstone of traditional method production. Wines from this appellation tend toward freshness and mineral character rather than richness, with good aging potential.

Ferrari's current range centers on Chardonnay-based traditional method wines. Chardonnay is the primary variety for quality sparkling wine production across northern Italy and provides the structure and complexity necessary for the extended bottle aging that characterizes metodo classico.
