Vanilla Sky

Zutaten

• 60 ml Absolut Vanilla
• 30 ml fresh pineapple juice
• 15 ml coconut cream
• 10 ml lime juice

Zubereitung

1. Fill a shaker with ice
2. Add Absolut Vanilla, fresh pineapple juice, coconut cream, and lime juice
3. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a split vanilla bean

Serve in a coupe glass, garnished with a fresh pineapple wedge and a vanilla bean
