The principal wants a specific Champagne, the charterer's assistant wants it confirmed in writing by lunch, and the caterer's wine list stops at prosecco. This is a normal Tuesday in business aviation on the Côte d'Azur, and it is the job we built our logistics around.
How it works
One message, email or WhatsApp, with the tail number or charter reference, the FBO, the departure time and what you need. We confirm availability and price from live stock, deliver chilled to your FBO or handling agent at Nice Côte d'Azur or Cannes-Mandelieu, and invoice the operator, the broker or the client, whichever your paperwork needs. Our warehouse in Vallauris, near Antibes, is close to both airports, so a tight turnaround is often possible: tell us the departure time and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
What flight departments order
From a range of more than 1,500 wines, champagnes and spirits, the aviation staples are consistent: vintage Champagne (it flies better than non-vintage, see our altitude guide), plush right-bank Bordeaux and Napa Cabernet, rich white Burgundy, top Provence rosé in summer, and a tight spirits set, one serious gin, one vodka, one single malt, one aged rum. For specific passenger requests we reach into the same allocation network that supplies our superyacht clients: Pétrus, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Krug Clos d'Ambonnay.
Tax-free, where it applies
Flights departing the EU may qualify for tax-free supply, subject to the usual customs conditions and paperwork, which we prepare. It is the same duty-free provisioning discipline we run for commercially registered yachts, applied to aviation. Ask when you order; we will tell you straight whether your movement qualifies.

For operators and charter brokers flying the Riviera regularly, we hold agreed stock against your account, your house Champagne, your principal's preferred Bordeaux, so the 11am brief change becomes a one-line confirmation instead of a scramble.
