Ingredients

  • 60 ml Yamazaki - Distiller's Reserve
  • 20 ml Dry Vermouth
  • 10 ml Maple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add the Yamazaki - Distiller's Reserve, Dry Vermouth, Maple Syrup, and Angostura Bitters.
  3. Stir gently for 20-30 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

Serve

Coupe glass, garnish with a single, thin lemon twist placed on the rim of the glass.
