The Wente family farms approximately 400 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon on the Southern Hills Vineyards, sought after for their ideal exposure, resulting in wines with character, intensity and depth. This Cabernet offers a floral aromatic bouquet, nuanced with notes of blueberries, raspberries and black olives. On the palate, flavors of cherries and blackberries mingle with dark chocolate. Rich and tasty, the tannins are fine-grained for a wine with beautiful freshness and perfect balance, based on controlled aging and without exuberance.
