Featured Cocktail
The Botanical Bliss

Ingredients:
- 60 ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 3 dashes lavender bitters
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- Ice

Instructions:
1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh rosemary.
2. Add The Botanist Islay Dry Gin, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, lavender bitters, and ice.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and enjoy.
