Based on the 2021 vintage and including 30% reserve wines, the most recent release of Ruinart’s NV Brut Rosé was disgorged in March 2024 with a dosage of eight grams per litre. It reveals aromas of pomegranate, dark cherry, redcurrant and blood orange, mingling with cranberry, brioche and a touch of rooibos. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and elegantly muscular, vinous and layered, with lively acidity and a perfumed, saline-tinged finish. Harmoniously balanced, it is among the most compelling in its category.
