A blend of 62% Shiraz and 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2015 Rod and Spur Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon spent two years in barrel before being blended and bottled. Plum, cassis and mint come together on the nose and palate of this medium to full-bodied wine. It's creamy across the mid-palate, ripe and supple, ending with softly dusty notes on the lingering finish. An excellent example of the quintessential Australian blend.

The winemaking process in Barossa Valley is steeped in tradition, with many wineries still using traditional methods to produce their wines.
