By blending the Provençal herbs and citrus with the traditional gin botanicals this unique rosé dry gin has a great balance between a typical juniper gin but complemented by Provençal herbs, citrus, mint, and aniseed notes. The 12 botanicals create a smooth, refined gin with an extraordinarily soft and refreshing taste that can be enjoyed neat, long, or enhanced with a few basil leaves and ice. For a light lunch, after work or at a party... wherever you choose, Mistral gin is a gin for all occasions.

Cinsault and Grenache dominate in the region’s rosés, augmented with the occasional dash of the local, intensely aromatic Tibouren.
