Tasting notes
Unwinding in the glass with aromas of waxy lemon rind, mandarin, dried white flowers, fresh pastry and a subtle top note of petrol, the Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos is full-bodied, ample and layered, with a deep and concentrated core, lively acids and a saline finish. This, too, is very reserved, but it's undeniably a promising Les Clos.

About this wine
La Chablisienne's Les Clos represents the pinnacle of Chablis Grand Cru production. This prestigious Chardonnay comes from one of Burgundy's most celebrated appellations, where limestone-rich terroir and cool-climate conditions create wines of remarkable freshness and mineral intensity. Les Clos, positioned on south-facing slopes, captures optimal ripeness while maintaining the signature saline character that defines world-class Chablis.
As a cooperative founded in 1923, La Chablisienne combines traditional winemaking expertise with access to premium vineyard parcels across the region. Their commitment to expressing pure terroir results in a white wine that balances concentration with elegant restraint. This Chardonnay displays citrus fruit complexity and fresh acidity, making it equally suited to fine dining tables, yacht galleys, or villa entertaining. Pair with oysters, white fish, soft cheeses, or shellfish to experience the full potential of this benchmark Chablis Grand Cru.
