Tasting notes
This cuvée is a white wine with a discreet nose of spring flowers, such as lily of the valley, quickly evolving towards a subtle, buttery oakiness. The palate is rich and coating, leaving a sensation of creaminess immediately balanced by a refreshing acidity. A round and full-bodied wine! APPEARANCE Pale gold with green highlights, clear and bright wine. NOSE Notes of white flowers (acacia and jasmine), fresh mint, followed very quickly by empyreumatic and spicy aromas. PALATE: Ample, generous, and enveloping, with beautiful mineral tension, invigorating menthol freshness, and a complex finish combining caramel, toasted almonds, dried and candied fruit, and pepper that lingers on the palate.

Key characteristics
About this wine
La Chablisienne represents the pinnacle of Chablis winemaking, crafted by France's most prestigious cooperative in Burgundy's northernmost region. This kosher white wine embodies the mineral-driven elegance that defines the Chablis appellation, where cool-climate viticulture and limestone-rich terroir create wines of remarkable freshness and complexity.
Unoaked and crisp, this Chablis delivers a distinctive peppery and spicy character balanced by bright, mineral notes that reflect the region's unique geology. The light intensity and fresh profile make it exceptionally versatile at the table, ideal for seafood, oysters, goat cheese, and delicate white fish preparations. Whether served at a villa soirée or fine dining occasion, this wine showcases the pure expression of Chardonnay that has made Chablis an enduring symbol of French excellence.
