Ingredients
- 60 ml Glengoyne 10 Year Old Whisky
- 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 20 ml Honey Syrup (1:1 honey to water)
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Glengoyne 10 Year Old Whisky, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
Serve
