The nose is bursting with ripe red cherries, redcurrants and strawberry notes along with undertones of pomegranate, fragrant lavender, and anise. On the palate there’s a well-balanced flavour profile with smooth tannins, a well-rounded texture, and a pure, clean finish with a bright streak of acidity.
