- 60 ml Empress 1908 gin
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 15 ml blue curaçao
Instructions:
1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine Empress 1908 gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and blue curaçao.
2. Shake well and strain into a chilled champagne flute.
3. Top with champagne or sparkling wine.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
