Vineyard's Choice: The premium brand of the cellar that brings out the best grapes from the best departments of the vineyard, as well as a wine that has undergone a long aging in barrel and bottle, before its launch. The winemaker decides each year which wines will carry the prestigious and binding VC label, so you will find different wines in this series every year. MIX 2015 - 32 ̊N 35 ̊E.
Intense purplish ink colour. A powerful and dramatic nose with nuances of liquorice, wood berries and espresso, supported by the aromas of barrel aging; leather, roasting and dark chocolate. The taste is rich, dramatic and multilayered. Intense flavours balanced by generous slightly dry tannins give a virile and full-bodied wine with a generously long-lasting finish.
This blend was created for the first time during the 2008 harvest. The name of the wine is derived from the geographical coordinates of the vineyards of the cellar: latitude N ° 32 which runs slightly north of longitude 35 ̊E out of the vineyard. The choice of 32 ̊N35 ̊E is their way of appreciating the blessed land and the special conditions of the Ella Valley region, characterised as a unique "Terroir". A complex and powerful wine that combines aromas of barrel fruits, skin and earth. Elegant and elegant with a durable finish.
