The 2021 Bernkasteler Graben Riesling Spätlese opens with a precise, aromatic and flinty bouquet of blue slate and ripe, spiced Riesling fruits. Lush and savory on the palate, this is a mouth-filling yet pure, crystalline and saline Graben Spätlese that doesn't taste really sweet but saline and even almost dry on the aftertaste. A classic that will always animate. 7.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork stopper.
The 2020 Bernkasteler Graben Riesling Spätlese is clear and ripe on the reductive nose that indicates a certain touch of botrytis. Round and elegant on the palate, this is a lush yet delicate Spätlese with fine acidity and a crystalline, stimulating finish.
