About this tequila
Don Fulano Tequila Reposado is a 100% agave tequila from Mexico, rested in oak for a shorter period than the house's añejo, enough to add colour and roundness while keeping the agave character to the fore.
Expect a balanced spirit with cooked agave, light spice and a gentle vanilla edge from the wood. Serve at room temperature, neat or in a classic cocktail, as an aperitif or alongside light bites on deck.

Ingredients
- 60 ml Don Fulano Reposado Tequila
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 20 ml agave nectar
- 15 ml Chartreuse Verte
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 dash of orange bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Don Fulano Reposado Tequila, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, and Chartreuse Verte.
- Add both dashes of Angostura bitters and orange bitters.
- Shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass using a fine mesh strainer.
Serve
Serve in a chilled coupe glass with a twisted lime wheel placed on the rim and a single Mexican marigold flower floated on the surface of the cocktail.
