Fuerte Elegancia is a shaken cocktail made with Don Fulano - Tequila Blanco - Fuerte, served in a coupe.

Ingredients
- 60 ml Don Fulano Blanco Fuerte
- 22.5 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml agave nectar
- 7.5 ml Cointreau
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with premium ice.
- Add Don Fulano Blanco Fuerte, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, Cointreau, and Angostura bitters.
- Shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds until the shaker is frosted.
- Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into the chilled glass.
- Express the oils from a lime wheel over the surface.
Serve
Coupe glass, rim with Himalayan pink salt and dried lime zest applied to half the rim, garnish with a thin lime wheel placed on the inside of the glass rim, serve with one large clear ice cube if desired.
