About this tequila

Fulano's Golden Hour

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Don Fulano Blanco Tequila
  • 20 ml Grand Marnier
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 10 ml agave nectar
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Ice

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add Don Fulano Blanco Tequila, Grand Marnier, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar.
  3. Add Angostura bitters and orange bitters.
  4. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well-chilled.
  5. Strain into the prepared glass using a fine strainer.

Serve

Serve in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a thin flame-torched orange wheel positioned on the rim, and a single gold leaf delicately placed on the surface of the cocktail. Express the oils from a fresh lime twist over the drink before serving.
