Quincy, located in the west of the Centre-Loire, has its vines planted on terraces mainly composed of sand and gravel. The summer of 2022, hot and above all dry, brought a very beautiful maturity of the grapes, maturity which is expressed in this wine by a beautiful and elegant richness. Rigorous selection of the grapes by tasting the berries before harvesting. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. Ageing on lees for 6 months with regular stirring to preserve all the aromatic freshness and bring roundness to the wine.
