Jean-Marc Pillot is a grower-domaine in Chassagne-Montrachet working biodynamically across some of the village's finest parcels. Les Chenevottes is a premier cru on the Puligny border, where the soils shift towards limestone and the wines show the more mineral, refined side of Chassagne rather than its richer, broader character.
