Bought on impulse in 1972, the estate was restructured to become a must in the Bandol appellation. Concerned about the environment, the estate is certified organic and uses no synthetic pesticides, harvests manually and works without added yeast during vinification. The estate's 2021 rosé has a complex nose of exotic fruits, citrus and spring rose. An ample attack opens on a palate that is certainly structured, but which remains velvety and fresh. Its ripe apricot and strawberry flavours are lifted by the balance between fat, tonicity, and fruitiness. A superb Bandol rosé!
