Tasting notes
Made from 35 year old vines. A light lemon touch to the colour. The bouquet is starting to open out, this is another successful Champ Gain. Excellent intensity on the palate, just the right balance between vigorous ripe fruit, white apples and pears with a little lemon touch, and good balancing crystalline acidity.
