The Chardonnay has a lifted honeycomb and almond-scented bouquet with a trace of adhesive in the background. The palate is well-balanced with a bright, bitter lemon, apricot and mango-driven entry. There is not a huge weight in the mouth and it seems to drift a little. That said, there is some decent minerality lying just below the surface that should be revealed with bottle age.
