La Chapelle de Sainte Roseline is an exceptional cuvée produced in very limited quantities. Presented in an outstanding bottle called "la cuvée des sacres," the resulting wines boast finesse and complexity that rival the greatest wines of France. The color is a slightly salmon-colored peach-pink. The fine, complex nose reveals notes of exotic fruit (lychee), yellow peach, citrus aromas and white flowers. Long on mouth, this wine seduces with its precision, roundness, fatness and liveliness, thanks to the exotic fruit notes on the finish.

About this wine
Château Sainte Roseline's La Chapelle de Sainte Roseline stands as a benchmark expression of Côtes de Provence rosé. Crafted from a refined blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Rolle, this Cru Classé wine embodies the elegance and complexity that distinguish the estate's philosophy. The Provence terroir, with its mineral-rich soils and Mediterranean climate, imparts bright citrus and stone fruit character, balanced by subtle tropical notes and a medium-bodied structure at 12.5% ABV.
This rosé transcends the casual category, offering the sophistication expected by discerning palates. Its versatility at the table makes it ideal for fine dining settings: pair it with shellfish and crab, delicate fish preparations, or vibrant salads with goat cheese and citrus dressings. It equally complements grilled chicken and fresh green vegetables, making it an exceptional choice for villa dinners and yacht entertaining across the Mediterranean.
