Ingredients:
- 60ml Château de Laubade 12yrs Armagnac
- 15ml Cointreau
- 15ml lemon juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 egg white
- 10ml honey syrup
- Edible gold flakes (optional)

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine Château de Laubade 12yrs Armagnac, Cointreau, lemon juice, Angostura bitters, egg white, and honey syrup.
2. Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
