Ingredients:

Recipe:
- 60 ml Bulleit Rye
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 1 dash of absinthe
- 1 sprig of rosemary

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine the Bulleit Rye, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and absinthe.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve.
