BOWMORE 52 YEARS SHERRY CASK ELIXIR
Ingredients
- 60 ml Bowmore - 52 yrs - 1965 - Oloroso Sherry Cask
- 15 ml Oloroso Sherry
- 10 ml Maple Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add the Bowmore - 52 yrs - 1965 - Oloroso Sherry Cask, Oloroso Sherry, Maple Syrup, and Angostura Bitters.
- Stir gently until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass.
Serve
Rocks glass, garnished with a single, large ice cube and a lemon twist.
