The 2016 Navaherreros Blanco de Bernabeleva is mixing varieties and vineyards. It keeps the poise and freshness, is nicely textured. It has a clean palate with focused flavours and a pleasant bitter touch in the finish, perhaps from the work with the skins. This is very obviously young, but it's already drinkable.
