About this vodka

Belvedere Citrus is a flavoured expression of Belvedere's Polish vodka, given a clean, bright citrus infusion. Made in Poland, it keeps the smooth, neutral base the house is built on while adding a fresh lemon-lime lift at 40% ABV.

Serve it ice-cold, at 6-8°C, straight from the freezer or over ice as a simple aperitif. It also mixes cleanly into citrus-forward cocktails - a vodka tonic with lime, or a spritz-style long drink - where its zest keeps things crisp rather than sweet.

The Belvedere Citrus Meridian

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Belvedere Citrus Vodka
  • 20 ml Lillet Blanc
  • 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 10 ml Elderflower Liqueur
  • 5 ml Dry Vermouth
  • 2 dashes of Grapefruit Bitters
  • Ice for stirring

Method

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all ingredients except the bitters.
  2. Stir continuously for 12-15 seconds until the glass becomes frosted.
  3. Add the grapefruit bitters and stir gently for 2 more seconds.
  4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe glass.

Serve

Serve in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a single expressed lemon twist placed delicately over the surface of the drink, allowing the citrus oils to cascade into the cocktail. Add a thin grapefruit peel disc positioned horizontally on the rim of the glass for visual sophistication.
