Put bluntly: the difference between drinking this deliciously soft, spritely flowing white flower and greengage fruited Prosecco wine and that of a branded competitor is akin to sleeping on Egyptian cotton versus polyester sheets! Right from the off you know you’re being treated to the real thing by the way this wine offers you clean fresh fruit on the nose; like staring into a mountain stream.
The wine opens with a brilliant, yellow straw colour with flints of green. Fine and persistent. There is a fruity aroma with notes of apple, pear, and peach; with floral hints of wisteria and acacia; complex and persistent. The sweet notes and the acidity find a good harmony in the mouth, with a pleasant finish that gives a pleasant form to the wine. Tenacious and fruity aftertaste.
