BEEFEATER'S JEWEL
Ingredients
- 50ml Beefeater - 24 London Gin
- 20ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10ml Honey Syrup (1:1 honey and water)
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Beefeater - 24 London Gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Serve
Coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist, served with a small sprig of fresh rosemary placed across the rim of the glass.
