About this rum

Ingredients
- 60 ml Bacardi Superior Rum
- 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 15 ml passionfruit puree
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Bacardi Superior Rum, lime juice, simple syrup, passionfruit puree, and Angostura bitters.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
Serve
Coupe glass, garnished with a lime wheel and a passionfruit seed pod placed on the rim.
