The vineyard is managed according to the principles of organic farming, without certification. This wine is fresh, expressive and generous. With its nose of citrus, vanilla and hints of hazelnut with a mineral edge. The taste is rich and deliciously concentrated. Warm, rounded flavours of spice and apple, this is a truly delicious white burgundy.
