Ingredients

• 60 ml The Macallan 18 yrs Double Cask
• 15 ml honey syrup
• 10 ml fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice
2. Add The Macallan 18 yrs Double Cask, honey syrup, fresh lemon juice, and Angostura bitters
3. Stir gently for 20 seconds
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube
5. Garnish with a lemon twist
