Matured for 18 years in a harmonious combination of European and American oak casks, each seasoned with sherry, this exceptional single malt reveals a more nuanced, spiced character than the standard 18-year-old expression. The interplay of oak types adds depth and complexity, delivering both warmth and vibrancy. Aromas of dried fruit, ginger, and toffee lead into rich orange, accented with clove and nutmeg. The palate is full and rounded—layers of raisin and sultana unfold alongside caramel, vanilla, and ginger, balanced by elegant wood spice and bright citrus zest. The finish is long and warming, with oak spice and ginger giving way to a lingering note of sweet orange.

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Macallan 18 yrs Double Cask
- 30 ml sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions:
1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add Macallan 18 yrs Double Cask, sweet vermouth, and Angostura bitters.
3. Stir until well chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
5. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
