Glenmorangie Signet Eclipse

Ingredients

• 60 ml Glenmorangie Signet
• 20 ml Demerara simple syrup
• 10 ml Amaro Montenegro
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes
2. Add Glenmorangie Signet, Demerara simple syrup, Amaro Montenegro, and Angostura bitters
3. Stir until well-chilled
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
